Zapier

The Redlist Zapier app connects Redlist to thousands of other apps with no code. Start a Zap when something happens in Redlist, or have other apps create and update records in Redlist.

Connect your account

  1. Create an API key in Redlist. Give it the permissions your Zaps need; triggers need the webhook permission.

  2. Find Redlist on Zapier and start a Zap.

  3. When Zapier asks you to sign in, enter the API key, API secret and Account ID (your shard ID).

Do it in Redlist

Create or manage the API key your Zaps use.

Ready? Open it in Redlist:

Triggers

Instant: Zapier is told the moment it happens.

  • New work order, work order completed, work order updated

  • New task, task updated

  • Form submitted (optionally for one form template)

  • Asset updated

  • New employee

  • New purchase order, purchase order sent

Actions

  • Create work order

  • Complete work order

  • Create task

  • Create asset

  • Create employee

Searches

  • Find asset by unit ID

  • Find employee by email

  • Find work order by number

  • Find work order by external ID

Good to know

  • Each Zap trigger creates a webhook in Redlist named "Zapier: ..."; turning the Zap off removes it.

  • Zaps share the API key's limit of 300 requests a minute. Zapier waits and retries when it is reached.
