Five ways in, one set of permissions. Every option acts with the role you give it in Redlist.

REST API

Create, read and update work orders, tasks, assets, forms and more. Best for syncing Redlist with an ERP or CMMS.

GraphQL

Ask for exactly the fields you need across related records in one request, like work orders with their asset and tasks. Read-only.

Webhooks

Get an HTTPS POST when work orders, tasks, forms, assets or purchase orders change, instead of polling for them.

Zapier

Connect Redlist to your other apps with no code. Start a Zap when a work order or form changes, or create work orders, tasks and assets from other apps.

Make your first call in three steps

API keys are per Redlist account. You need admin access to the account to create one.

1. Create an integration

In Redlist, go to Admin › Integration Hub, select Connect on the Redlist API card, and pick the areas the integration can use.

Open Integration Hub ↗ See the steps

2. Copy your credentials

Keep the API key, secret and shard ID somewhere safe. Every request sends all three as headers.

3. Send a request

Try the call above, or open any endpoint in the API reference and use Try it with your key.

Pagination & filtering

Page with skip and take, sort with orderby, filter on any field.

Rate limits & errors

300 requests a minute per API key. Over the limit you get a 429 with Retry-After.
